I know some of you guys are really disappointed over your results.
I've been through that, everybody has.
So don't be too shot-down.
there is another year to make it all up.
but don't take that for granted as well.
plan your time properly and
take control of your life.
Don't drift away from studying and start using the computer.
that's what happened to A LOT of us.
so we need to stay FOCUSED
we need to stay together as a class.
because our trials at success may fail,
and we need someone there to comfort and support us.
all for one, one for all.
but don't do it for anybody else.
do it for you.
because it is your life.
don't do it just because you think your parents will be disappointed with you if you don't/
don't do it for your friends.
ultimately, do it for you.
it's your life.
and you can't run away from it.
we have 1 year.
365 days.
that's it.
try your extreme FULLEST to achieve your academic goals.
i know it's a real pain in the ass
but in singapore,
education is your future
and your "o" level cert is the one that enables you to get a JOB
the source of monetary flow and support for your family.
it may not be secure, but it's a job.
your social life can catch up later.(i'm sure you have many friends:D)
so, if you really have to,
cut off all distractions for this next one year
to study for the ONE chance you get
to the working world.
yes,
there is only ONE chance.
sieze it.
you'd better start studying
NOW.
please don't forget this.
keep reminding yourself what you want to achieve.
NEVER FORGET THE END GOAL.
and for some,
believing in yourself is the first step to success.
DON'T GIVE UP.
